Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
In the event you received a damaged or wrong order please email to wealthbeing@outlook.com , please include a photo of the item, your name and order number. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution. In most cases this will be a replacement but a refund cannot be guaranteed. You must notify use within 72 hours of receipt of goods if they are damaged to guarantee a returns process.
If you decide you don’t want the item, it will need to be returned. Please make contact with us on the email about with the fact you want a refund and there is nothing wrong with the item. We will send you the address to mail it back too, once the products have been checked a refund should be sent in due course.
The item will need to be in its original condition and be able to be resold with original packing.
If you haven’t received your item yet, please wait up to 10 business days after dispatch and then contact us.
Items that have not be notified within 14 days may result in a refund or replacement not being processed. Again, we address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution. In most cases this will be a replacement but a refund cannot be guaranteed.
Electronics
If the item becomes faulty within 30days please contact us and remove personal data from the item and disable security features. The original box will be required for change of mind returns.
Fitness equipment
If you no longer want the items, it must be returned with 14 days, it must be unopened, in the original packing and resaleable to get a full refund.
If faulty please send picture with order no and name within 48 hours. A collection can be arranged at a cost for the return.
Supplements
Non-defective products can be returned within 10 Days of invoice, in new condition with all original packing material and invoice/receipts for a refund minus the original shipping cost we paid to ship the product to you. Please send a picture of the items with your invoice number and we will reply with the address to send this too.
Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please take pictures, add your invoice number and email us wealthbeing@outlook.com withing 72 hours, we will aim to resolve this within 10 days, which may be a replacement or refund after communicating with yourself.
