Order processing

 

Please allow 1-2 days for you order to be processed. Expect an email then to confirm your order is on its way with a timeframe which will already have been stated on the checkout page and your order confirmation email.

Order placed after certain time normally around noon will result in the order being picked up the day after. If this is a Friday then we will try our best to get it in motion however Monday is the day it will get moving.

Digital Downloads 

All digital items will be available to download after payment confirmation in your emails. This may be in your spam/junk folder 

 

Shipping rate

All times are calculated with the weight of the products in mind. We currently offer FREE DELIVERY and are looking into express shipping.

We will contact you further if the item requires someone to be in or any installation is required. 

Northen Ireland, the highlands and the islands have different shipping rate or we may not be able to provide delivery to such areas. Commonly this will mean an extra fee and a day or two longer for you items to arrive.

We currently do not ship outside of the UK

 

Delivery time

Depending on the order our delivery times will range from 1-5 business days, this may mean some items arrive first in a separate package, please be assured the others will arrive in due course.
